Tammy Tiller-Hewitt, MHA, FACHE
Tammy Tiller-Hewitt, FACHE is the Chief Executive Officer at Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies. She is a nationally recognized physician relations and retention expert, keynote speaker, and #1 Amazon Best Selling author. Tammy is known for her dynamic, educational and high-energy presentation style. Her programs are rich with real-life case material to enhance and enjoy learning.
Twenty years ago, Tammy established Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies to share the benefit of her expertise in driving strategic growth with clients nationwide. Prior to starting Tiller-Hewitt HealthCare Strategies, she spent 20 years at BJC HealthCare in St. Louis, where she gained experience and unique perspectives from both the health system and physician practice sides of healthcare.
Tammy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s leading professional society for healthcare leaders.
She is a member of the National Speakers Association and the John Maxwell Team of certified leadership coaches, trainers, speakers and professionals. Tammy offers workshops, seminars and keynote speaking.
Cameron McGregor, MSN
Cameron serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Ms. Medicine, a primary care practice model for women.
Her background includes nursing, business development, and physician strategy. McGregor’s clinical specialty is high risk obstetrics.
McGregor holds an MSN from Vanderbilt University and a BSN from the Medical College of Georgia. She is double board certified in healthcare administration and nursing. She is program guest faculty for the Healthcare Management Program at the Boonshoft School of Medicine.
McGregor is the recipient of the 2015 DBJ Forty Under 40 Award and 2016 Tiller Hewitt Healthcare Strategies Legend Award.
Yonathan M. Kebede, FACHE
Yonathan Kebede is Vice President of Administration at Lankenaua Medical Center, the flagship hospital of Main Line Health system in Philadelphia suburb. As vice president of administration, Mr. Kebede oversees the growth and operational performance of all departments at Lankenau, and works with leadership to identify and set strategic goals and implementation. Prior to this role, Mr. Kebede served as the Vice President of Operations at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio - overseeing all ancillary operations and the busiest Emergency and Level I Trauma Center in Ohio. Mr. Kebede’s more than 13 years healthcare career spans working in nursing finance, process improvement, service line development, ambulatory, population health, and acute care hospital operations.
Mr. Kebede holds a master's degree in Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences Management from The Ohio State University. He maintains active memberships in the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association for Health Services Executives and has held leadership roles within both organizations. Mr. Kebede holds a fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives as an ACHE Fellow. Active in the community, Mr. Kebede serves on local and regional boards with focus on underserved community needs. He was honored as 40 Under 40 by the Dayton Business Journal in 2017 for his extensive leadership in the community.
