Onboarding – We’ve discovered action items, what’s next?

Last week we came to you LIVE from an onboarding program lean event with a large multispecialty provider group. It was just before over 100 providers, managers and leaders reconvened to look at the action plan they created after a multi-day mapping process of their entire onboarding process. Their goal is to ensure they’re working together effectively to provide a seamless and even enjoyable experience for their new providers and families.
