It’s crystal clear, healthcare as we knew it will never be the same. Transformation can be exhilarating when it’s planned, but transformation is an entirely different experience when it’s forced upon an organization, an industry and the world.

When the pandemic hit, at Tiller-Hewitt, we quickly learned that healthcare organizations that had good physician, hospital, and community relations were far better positioned to be more agile, to initiate, execute and quickly recalibrate because in essence, these organizations already had their army ready when the war was declared.
