Things Fall Apart: A Playbook for Leading Through Disruption and Derailment Toward Growth and Success
About This Event
- Event Type:General
Leading healthcare organizations in today’s complex environment is hard. The stakes are high, the pace is fast, options are limited, information is imperfect and helpers are scarce. Yet, leaders must bring their A-game every day to manage disruption and avoid disaster, while improving community health and sustaining strategic growth.
To address this challenge, a panel of leaders will share lessons they’ve learned and leveraged. They will deliver a practical playbook of leadership response techniques that are universally effective for coping with a broad range of challenges. These include the inflection-point events – be they competitive, technological, financial, operational or personal – that can distract, disrupt and derail your mission (and your career).
This will be a gloves-off, interactive discussion that will include real-life examples of how leaders build teams with learning mindsets, who can confidently and rapidly pivot when strategic initiatives take an unexpected “hard left.”
Objectives:
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
Gain insight and practical “how-to” knowledge
Build their personal leadership playbook, including recommended resources and experiences that will advance their leadership skills and acumen
