Prove Them Wrong

During her first few weeks as a liaison she encountered an anesthesiologist who flat out told her she was wasting her time and wasn’t going to be able to make any changes. Watch his bonus confession video to see how she helped him “see the light.”

Frequently people pass judgement when they don’t understand, that’s no different when it comes to a lack of understanding of our role as physician liaisons. That’s why it’s up to us to prove them wrong – as Ashley did – by delivering value and being a person of influence.
